Sizing
How do your shirts fit? Our regular tees and hoodies are unisex and true to size. Our Creek Critters pocket tees have a heavier, relaxed fit. Sweatshirts have a classic, roomy fit.
Where's the size chart? Each product page links to its size chart, or use these:
Tip: lay a shirt you love flat, measure it from armpit to armpit and from shoulder to hem, then compare it with the chart. Measurements can vary by up to 2″.
Made to order
Do you keep inventory? No. Every Panel & Pine item is printed to order by our print partner, Printful, after you place your order. That means less waste and no overstock, and it's why each piece takes a few days to make.
Can I change or cancel my order? Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has gone into production, we can't change or cancel it.
Production and shipping
How long until my order arrives? Production takes 2–5 business days. After your order ships, transit typically takes 3–5 business days, so most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of ordering. Carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays.
Where do you ship? We currently ship to US addresses only, from our print partner's US fulfillment facilities.
How much is shipping? Tees: $4.95 standard / $9.99 express. Sweatshirts: $8.79 standard / $12.49 express. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping policy.
Will I get tracking? Yes. We email you a tracking number when your order ships. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.
Returns, replacements and refunds
Can I return or exchange an item? Because every item is printed just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart before ordering.
What if my item is damaged, misprinted, defective, or wrong? Email panelandpine@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. There's no need to send the item back. We'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer.
What if my package is lost? Contact us and we'll make it right.
How long do refunds take? Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. See our Refund policy.
Care instructions
- Turn the item inside out and machine wash cold with similar colors.
- Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Don't use bleach or fabric softener.
- Tumble dry low, or hang dry to keep the print looking its best longest.
- Don't iron directly on the print, and don't dry clean.
- Hats and beanies: spot clean with a damp cloth and air dry.
